BIO800s are PLC Controlled batch units and are stand alone, pressurized (ASME certified) biodiesel reactors, designed to operate at 90 Celsius. Makes 800 litres of quality biodiesel in about one hour. You could easily produce 20,000 litres in 24 hours. Industrial grade 1000 litre stainless steel vessel and stainless steel stand. MR-5 METHANOL RECOVERY Continuous methanol recovery for reuse after biodiesel reaction from combined reactant products of biodiesel and glycerol at a flow rate of 5 gpm (18.9 lpm). 10 gpm model available. Includes Class 1 Divsion 2 Air Purged Enclosure Intrinsically safe barrier for parts in contact with methanol 5 ton chiller and chiller tank resevoir and pump pump to move demethylated products from vacuum to 13 psi (30 feet of head) at 5 gpm. Power requirements: 208-240 VAC Single phase (50/60 hz) 30 Amp circuit, 20 Amps continuous. Automatic operation with a BD-5 centrifuge (when purchased at the same time). One push of a button starts the process when fluids are available. When fluids run out or there is a fault condition, the system goes through a shutdown phase.
BD-5 BIODIESEL CENTRIFUGE Flow rates up to 5 gallons per minute (18.9 liters per minute) of incoming product for separation, and variable output from 4 gallons per minute down to zero gallons per minute. If run continuously for 24 hours / 7 days a week, one BD-5 will process over 8.2 million liters per year.
ION RESIN WASH Produce EN14214 or ASTM 6751 standard Biodiesel with ease by using an Ion Resin. We offer three sizes. IRW-400 (400 Litres/Hour), IRW-800 (800 Litres/Hour) and IRW-1600 (1600 Litres/Hour). Washing can be done continuously or by batch. An Ion Resin Wash is simply the most effective method of washing biodiesel without the water. PLC Controlled Turn Key Wash Skid includes resin regeneration process. Designed to be used with either Purolite, Lewatit or Amberlite Ion Resins.
